Excelsis Projects completed renovations to the presbytery and parish hall at Corpus Christi, St Ives. The presbytery was run-down with outdated amenities and the parish hall had suffered significant mould damage which presented a health and safety risk.
The works to the presbytery included a new kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, flooring and ducted air-conditioning system. Externally, all windows and doors were replaced, and the roof tiles replaced with Colorbond roof sheeting.
For the parish hall, the mould was treated and internal upgrades carried out including repainting and new lighting, ceiling fans and cooling/ventilation systems.
Our team took great care to ensure the renovations were completed with minimal disruption to the parish. We worked closely with the client to ensure the upgrades met their specific needs while adhering to their budget and timeline.
